Our carpet in the cabin had some odor due to past renters with dogs and cats. We were thinking to rent the carpet cleaner and did on our own, but no one rents carpet "steam" cleaner. Normally people rent carpet cleaner.

We found Joe online and he was extremely responsive with short notice. Within 2 days he was at our cabin and got the job done.

If you have a water damage Steam Away Carpet and Water Restoration are the only ones to get the job done right!!!! I had my whole house flood. I had no idea what to do it was the 1st time I ever experienced it, so I called my friend and she walked me though what I needed to do and referred me to Steam Away. They were very prompt and before you knew it my house was back to normal you couldn't even tell my house had just had been flooded. I will always refer Steam Away to get the job done right! Shortly after my brother in-law had the same thing happen in his home up in Tahoe. By the time he told me about it, it was to late to have steam Away up their. His insurance company had already had a company working on his house. They did such a horrible job! Two months later my nephew got really sick because there was mold growing. I would like everyone to understand how serious it is that you get the right people into your home to make sure the job is done correctly. So next time your house floods make sure you call Steam Away, not only to restore your home back to normal but safely.
